2.1 Use by Children with Parental or Guardian Consent

Talitale is intended for children and young users. If you are under 18, please use our application under the supervision and with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.

2.2 Access and Features

Talitale offers a free version with limited features. You can read the story of the day without limits, but other stories are restricted. After the first viewing, an advertisement will be displayed. The free version does not include AI-generated audio, background music, and the ability to save favorite stories is not available on the profile.

2.3 Subscription

When you subscribe, you gain access to premium features and services. The subscription details are as follows: - Payment service: Stripe - Price: €2.99 per month - Free trial period: 14 days Subscription payments are processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your account for the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

3.1 Content Protection

All content on Talitale, including, but not limited to, text, images, audio, videos, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws and is the property of Talitale or its licensors.

3.2 Recognition of Rights

You acknowledge that all copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the content on Talitale are reserved, unless otherwise indicated.

3.3 Usage Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, download, display, transmit, or exploit in any way the content on Talitale without prior written permission from Talitale or the relevant copyright holder.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

4.1 Content Generation

Talitale uses advanced artificial intelligence technologies (GPT-3.5-turbo, TTS, DALL-E 3) to generate unique stories every day, including text, images, and audio. These generated contents are also protected by copyright.

4.2 Limits and Liability

While we do our best to provide appropriate and high-quality content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of all AI-generated content. Talitale cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages resulting from the use of the content generated by the application.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Content

5.1 Advertisements

The free version of Talitale includes advertisements after the first viewing of restricted stories. We do our best to select ads appropriate for our young audience, but we cannot guarantee the content of all displayed advertisements.

5.2 Third-Party Content

Talitale may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Talitale. Talitale has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services and assumes no responsibility for them.
